General conditions
The rates are indicated in euro per week with arrival and departure on Saturday.
Prices include: VAT, outdoor car park, fiber optic internet, ski room with boot dryer, bed and kitchen linen, towels, final cleaning.
In addition, there is a fixed local tax of EURO 2,30 per person / day, which is payable locally. Children and adolescents up to 14 years of age are exempt from the local tax.
We ask for your understanding, pets are NOT allowed in the apartments.
All bookings will be considered as confirmed by a required deposit (within 3 working days) of 30% of the total price. Please pay the sum of the deposit by bank transfer to the following bank account:

General cancellation terms and conditions:
For the final settlement we accept cash (up to 4.999,99 EURO) and bank transfers. Credit card are not accepted.
The apartments will be reserved from 3PM on the arrival day to 9AM on the departure day. If the check-in is planned after 7PM, you are requested to notify us in advance. For logistic reasons we are thankful if you inform us about the planned arrival time.
At the departure the apartments have to be left clean and tidy. Smoking in the apartments is not permitted.
To protect the floor we ask you to take off ski boots, hiking boots, shoes with metal spikes and leave them in the shoe rack in the doorway next to the main entrance. A heated shoe rack is at your disposal at the entrance.

- cancellation within 30 days before the day of arrival (which has to be made in written form), the deposit will be withheld
- cancellation from 29 to 10 days before the day of arrival (which has to be made in written form), 70% of the total price will be charged
- cancellation within 10 days before the day of arrival (which has to be made in written form), no show or anticipated departure, 100% of the total price will be charged
